\nDie Rauminstallation DREAMING OF SHOPPING – TERRORRAUM thematisiert das interdependente Zusammenspiel zwischen Terror und Terrorangst, Konsum und Konsumverzicht, Intimsph\u00e4re und Intimit\u00e4tsverlust in den sozialen Medien.<\/p>\n

Albert Markert nahm als Inspirationsfunken f\u00fcr seine Arbeit aus der Geschichte von AUGUSTINAselbst eine Textstelle, in der die Protagonistin in ihrem Traum mit „Nachrichten“ aus unserer Realit\u00e4t konfrontiert wird. Diese stellt sich aus dem Blickwinkel ihrer Traumwelt als erschreckende, wild vermixte Informationsflut dar, die sich unmittelbar zu manifestieren droht.<\/p>\n

Markert transponiert diesen Aspekt zur\u00fcck und konkretisiert dies anhand von sozialen Medien im Netz. Aus Internet-Foren (Gaza-Info und Anonymous Deutschland) sammelte er verschiedenartigste Kommentare zum gesellschaftspolitischen Geschehen sowie zu vermeintlichen Verbrechen und verarbeitete diese zu fragmentierten, gemixten Tonspuren. Video, Papierarbeiten, performative Elemente, Mixed Media und Ton sind Teil der Rauminstallation.<\/p>\n

Mit DREAMING OF SHOPPING – TERRORRAUM stellt der K\u00fcnstler eine Collage in den Raum, die \u00fcber eigendynamische Prozesse der Angst und des Hasses, der Sehnsucht und Projektion sowie der Fremdenfeindlichkeit im Allgemeinen in spielerischer, lyrischer und ironischer Weise reflektiert.<\/p>\n
